My boyfriend's mom gave me some embroidery threads to try and as soon as a tried them out I was hooked. These threads add just that little extra touch to make a bag special. The colors are beautiful and the textures lovely. Some of the threads are two toned and smooth and shiny. Others are a thick cotton that changes color as you sew. Very cool. I can't wait to use them on some of the topstitching for other bags.

After playing around for hours on scrap fabric I created these three mini pouches with a sort of burst pattern topstitched on the front.
