Today I finally planted some seeds for my garden. It is kind of late in the season, but better late than never right?

I don't have much of a green thumb. Last year I planted my first garden and it was kind of pitiful. This year I hope to do a little better [despite my late start]. I figure as long as I get some tomatoes, lettuce, and a couple of squash I will be happy.
I really just like to garden. It is very peaceful and gives me an excuse to dabble outside in the warm weather. Plus, nothing beats fresh garden vegetables!

Can't wait to see them as they progress... I will have to get my seeds and plants this weekend and start gardening too! ;)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see pictures of your plant babies! I just planted some basil seeds, and they sprouted two days ago. Is it sad that I was suprised that they even sprouted?! lol
